Well! I can say I'm mightily proud of this. It was the efforts of an entire day's work, off and on, for a total of around 8 or so hours. The lines took up a good bit and the coloring, as well. I drew the lines traditionally then scanned it in and colored it entirely with OpenCanvas 4+

For one, I LOVE the scale detail. My gawd, all of those little scales must have been so tedious; how were you able to stand it?
Secondly, that is one awesome piece o'lineart. Not only do you make wonderful details, but you're also awesome with line-weight. Teach me your ways. D: My lines are so very flat.......
