Alright! So this is basically an average young male specimen of a race of Dragon people I just made up for fun!

Edit: Thought of a name! Vetu! Woot. It's.... latin...ish... for ancient/long standing/experienced. ... ¬¬

Basic Vetu Race Info.:

The Vetu are a highly intelligent race of draconic warm-bloods. This group has an incredibly deep spiritual view of nature, and thusly, lives as a semi-agrarian and hunter-gatherer society. Their somewhat dangerous appearance belies their true nature, as they will do most anything to avoid bloodshed and all-out war. The Vetuans are, however, an athletically competitive race, choosing to display their skills in both ground-based and aerial games which include things such as sparring, racing, wrestling, endurance tests, hunting, etc.

This race lives in very large collections of family groups, known as Clans, and each is headed by an alpha mated pair. Each clan has its own set of unique characteristics, these include any combination of skin color, scale design, horn design, stature, eye color, decorative markings, etc. Clans may contain many thousands of individuals and cross-breeding between Clans is considered taboo, but has been known to happen, resulting in strangly colored and often shunned offspring. Basic skin colors contain whites, brown-reds, blues, greens, yellow-browns, and dark grays. Skin color markings usually consist of mottled splotches and stripes, as well as intricate dot and ring patterns in some Clans.

The young Vetuans are always found in the nude. A youth will reach adult status, meaning he/she is a self-motivated and responsible individual, after they've recieved their basic education. As a rite of passage to adulthood, small holes are punched in the wing membranes of an individual at the point where the membrane reaches the back. This allows for the wearing of clothing, as belts and ropes may be threaded through these holes. After reaching adult status an individual has the option of choosing a craft, which may include smithing, farming, hunting, weaving, leatherworking, healing, and scribing.

Basic garb for an adult Vetuan may include a knee-length strip of cloth for a top, tied around the waist with a rope or belt, than has a cape-like piece that is thrown over the back. Small weights are attached to the ends of the cape, and front of the shirt to keep them properly placed during normal activities as well as flight. Legwear may include either leather or cloth that is strapped usually from the knees down. Decorations are often found in the forms of earings, necklaces, horn hangins, and wing clips.
